Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the xbazee platform in any capacity — including viewing pages without registering — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the xbazee Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies referenced herein or posted on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbazee ("xbazee", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xbazee platform.

Eligibility

To register and use xbazee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. xbazee is strictly an 18+ service. Players who are minors are absolutely prohibited from using any part of this platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of xbazee, or of any software or gaming studio whose products appear on the xbazee platform.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through xbazee or any other gambling platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

To access the full range of xbazee services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all xbazee accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active xbazee account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep that information up to date. xbazee reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading registration details are detected.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Unauthorised access. If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify xbazee support at [email protected] immediately. xbazee is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to safeguard their credentials.
• Account transfer. xbazee accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your account to another person is prohibited.

xbazee may, at its absolute discretion, decline to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses).

Deposits

xbazee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All funds deposited must belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your xbazee wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. xbazee is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
• xbazee does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, individual payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees as per their published fee schedules.
• xbazee reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., to the wrong account number) must be reported to support within 24 hours. xbazee will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misrouted funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, xbazee may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless xbazee agrees otherwise in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• Processing time. Verified withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Wagering requirements. Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus wager is active will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided unless you explicitly forfeit the bonus through the account dashboard.
• Withdrawal limits. Maximum withdrawal amounts per day and per week may apply and will be displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Right to review. xbazee reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, xbazee will notify the player as soon as reasonably practicable.

Bonuses & Promotions

xbazee offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period specified at the time of issue. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• xbazee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for any other goods or services.
• xbazee reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where it reasonably believes a player has exploited a bonus in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion (e.g., low-risk betting strategies designed purely to convert bonus funds).

Gameplay & Fair Play

xbazee is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. All casino games available on the xbazee platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for statistical fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the studio-certified figures and have not been altered by xbazee.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live table games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in the xbazee platform or in any game. Any winnings accrued through a known or suspected software error will be void. Players who identify a bug must report it to [email protected] and must not seek to exploit it.
• Any form of cheating, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation.
• Placing bets with the intent to launder money or conceal the proceeds of crime.

xbazee monitors gameplay patterns for signs of prohibited activity. Where such activity is detected or reasonably suspected, xbazee may suspend a player's account and withhold funds pending investigation without prior notice.

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting on the xbazee sportsbook, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where xbazee expressly offers a cash-out facility for the relevant market.
• xbazee reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were published due to a manifest error, including typographical errors or pricing errors significantly out of line with market consensus at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, xbazee's specific rules for the relevant sport and market will apply. These rules are available in the sportsbook help section.
• In-play bets are accepted at the prevailing live odds at the time of confirmation. Network latency may affect the odds at which a bet is confirmed; by placing an in-play bet you accept this risk.
• Maximum bet limits per market may apply and will be displayed prior to bet confirmation.
• xbazee follows the results announced by the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket). Where results are overturned after initial settlement, xbazee will re-settle affected bets in line with the final official result.

Responsible Gaming

• Personal data is collected only for purposes directly related to account management, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• xbazee does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xbazee platform — including but not limited to the xbazee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of xbazee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbazee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any xbazee content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the xbazee platform.
• Use any xbazee trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express prior written consent from xbazee.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the xbazee platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbazee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your xbazee account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbazee shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the xbazee platform.
• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform — whether due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside xbazee's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including game odds, match statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xbazee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

xbazee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• xbazee reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are found to be under 18 years of age.
• A regulatory or legal authority instructs xbazee to restrict your account.
• xbazee determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continuing to operate your account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xbazee reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance at its absolute discretion, subject to the return of net real-money deposits where no fraud has been established.

Amendments

xbazee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xbazee will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, xbazee may also notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the xbazee platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through xbazee's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

xbazee operates as an online entertainment platform. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of xbazee is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with any applicable local laws. xbazee makes no representations that its services are appropriate or available in all locations.
